Auction Rules

Draft — legal review pending. This page now includes operator information supplied by the platform operator (Wetech), but the substantive legal terms below have not yet been reviewed or finalized by qualified counsel. Before launch in Saudi Arabia (or any market), this content must be reviewed and finalized by counsel qualified in the relevant jurisdiction(s), covering at minimum: applicable auction/gaming regulation, KYC/AML obligations, payment and consumer-protection law, governing law and dispute resolution, and data-protection requirements (including, where relevant, Saudi Arabia's PDPL).

1. Ranking Mechanism

Position is determined solely by confirmed bid value, highest to lowest.

2. Ties

A tie is resolved in favor of whichever bid was recorded first by the server clock.

3. Raising a Bid

Bids may be raised at any time before the countdown reaches zero, subject to the auction's configured minimum increment.

4. Server Authority

All bid validation, ranking, and winner determination are computed server-side. Client-side display is informational only and is never treated as authoritative.

5. Close of Auction

When the countdown reaches zero, new bids are rejected, the leaderboard is frozen, and final standings are recorded permanently.
