Ascend is operated by Wetech, an Individual Entrepreneur (Empresário Individual) based in Brazil (Campinas, SP). Contact: appswetech@gmail.com. Full corporate registration details, registered address, and the specific jurisdiction and governing law applicable to these Terms are pending formal legal review.

2. The Service

ASCEND operates a competitive ranking mechanism in which a participant's position is determined by the value of their confirmed bid, relative to other participants, as recorded by our servers.

3. Eligibility

4. Bids Are Final

A confirmed bid cannot be lowered or withdrawn. Ranking is determined solely by bid value; ties are resolved by server-recorded timestamp priority.
