1. General Principle
Because a bid directly determines competitive ranking for all participants, confirmed bids are generally non-refundable once processed. 2. Failed or Duplicate Charges
Payments that fail, are duplicated due to a technical error, or are not matched to a confirmed bid will be reversed.
