AASCEND

Privacy Policy

Draft — legal review pending. This page now includes operator information supplied by the platform operator (Wetech), but the substantive legal terms below have not yet been reviewed or finalized by qualified counsel. Before launch in Saudi Arabia (or any market), this content must be reviewed and finalized by counsel qualified in the relevant jurisdiction(s), covering at minimum: applicable auction/gaming regulation, KYC/AML obligations, payment and consumer-protection law, governing law and dispute resolution, and data-protection requirements (including, where relevant, Saudi Arabia's PDPL).

1. Operator

Ascend is operated by Wetech, an Individual Entrepreneur (Empresário Individual) based in Brazil (Campinas, SP). Privacy-related requests can currently be sent to appswetech@gmail.com — this is the contact channel presently in use for such requests. Whether a formally designated Data Protection Officer or equivalent role is required, and under which law, is pending formal legal review.

2. Data We Collect

Account details (name, email, phone, country), bid and payment history, and technical data needed for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use It

To operate the auction, verify identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your position and account.

4. Public Display Name

Participants choose a public display name (full, abbreviated, custom, or anonymous). Your real identity is retained internally for compliance and financial purposes regardless of the display option chosen — see Section 11 of the product specification.

5. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider. See the Payment Policy for how payment-related data is handled.

6. Your Rights and Other Pending Items

[Pending legal review — data subject rights, the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, any subprocessors beyond the payment provider named above, and any applicable international data transfers will be defined following formal legal review, per applicable law in each operating jurisdiction, including — where relevant — Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). No determination of compliance with the PDPL or any other law has been made at this time.]
